La Nuit des Sens: a new experience to stimulate all your senses in the heart of la belle endormie!

For the first time, Dans le Noir ? Bordeaux is collaborating with a painter to offer an immersive, culinary and artistic experience in total darkness at the Radisson Blu hotel from Saturday May 21, 2022 for 10 exclusive services.

The restaurant Dans le Noir ? Bordeaux, the Radisson Blu Bordeaux hotel and DockG6 are teaming up with artist Aliénor de Bejarry under the signature "Artisse" for a unique multisensory exhibition. From Saturday May 21 to Saturday June 25, 2022 inclusive, every second service at 9:30 p.m. in the Dans le Noir ? Bordeaux restaurant will be transformed into "La Nuit des Sens ". An exclusive, ephemeral format available only 5 Friday evenings, 6 Saturday evenings, at no extra cost to the existing sensory restaurant dinner formulas, to offer an unprecedented dinner-exhibition.

During the "La Nuit des Sens" event, the restaurant Dans le Noir ? offers its customers the chance to dine in total darkness, while listening to sound extracts from the artist "Artisse" presenting his works and his artistic universe during 3 highlights. Absolute darkness appeals to the imagination of participants, heightening the senses tenfold. At the end of the dinner, guests will be invited to attend the light debriefing to discover the contents of their plates and learn more about the artist's work.

The works will be displayed in light in the Wallace Bar/Rooftop area on the ^5th floor of the Radisson Blu hotel. It will be possible to touch, smell and admire the 16 different works. A QR Code placed beneath the paintings will redirect visitors to an audio format where they can listen to the text, the artist's voice and the explanations accompanying each painting, using their mobile phone.

DockG6, located on the same floor as the restaurant Dans le Noir ? Bordeaux, is a veritable urban resort featuring artistic collaborations throughout the year to promote local artists who change every 2/3 months.

Painter Aliénor de Bejarry works mainly with acrylic colors to create canvases with reliefs that people can touch. The artist has always been committed to sharing her art with visually impaired people, hence the link with the inclusive concept Dans le Noir ?.
