For the very first time, we're offering you an exceptional experience: a yoga session in total darkness at the Radisson Blu hotel in Bordeaux!

Need a moment to yourself? Stop time? Enjoy your Saturday: alone, as a couple, with family or friends? We're waiting for you where the senses are awakened! Enjoy a sensory experience, meditation and relaxation, followed by a detox tasting!

Why practice yoga in the dark in Bordeaux?

Using infrared light, candles or dim LEDs, more and more studios are offering yoga classes in the dark - but never in total darkness! Yoga in the dark can provide a liberating sense of anonymity. Free from the gaze of others or your own gaze in the mirror, you can let go more easily. Practising in the dark is a great way to build confidence and self-esteem. It's easier to reconnect with yourself.

A yoga session like no other!

In Bordeaux, we're offering you three exceptional dates: Saturday March 25, Saturday April 08 and Saturday May 06, 2023 to try this experience that you won't find anywhere else! Dare to experience a 90-minute yoga session in total darkness, followed by a surprise detox juice made with fresh seasonal produce in our darkened room.

As well as awakening your sense of touch and taste, your sense of hearing will also be greatly heightened thanks to our musical accompaniment and the advice of our yoga teacher Laetitia Pons, present in the dark.

A real yoga teacher dans le noir ?

Laetitia Pons has been teaching yoga for 2 years in studios in Bordeaux, and is also available to corporate clients for private lessons. Laetitia Pons is also an ayurvedic, Hawaiian lomi lomi and traditional Thai well-being masseuse.

Her values: kindness, love, positivity, generosity, sincerity.

How do I get a ticket for a unique yoga session in Bordeaux?

You need to buy your ticket for a "Yoga Dans le Noir ? " session in the website boutique. Once purchased, you'll have reserved your place and your yoga mat, which is provided.

All our sessions are taught by our yoga teacher Laetitia Pons, present in the dark! Our team will contact you to take into account any dietary restrictions or allergies, and answer any questions you may have about the event.

How a yoga session works dans le noir ?

Simply arrive 15 minutes before your session time at the "Dans le Noir?" Bordeaux restaurant, located directly on the 5th floor of the Radisson Blu hotel. Once you've arrived, show your ticket with the code printed on it or on your cell phone screen and you'll be guided into the dark room by our team. Placement on the yoga mats in the dark room is allocated by our staff. We recommend that you arrive in comfortable clothes, and bring your best socks (even in the dark!) to ensure maximum comfort once you've settled on your yoga mat in the black room.

Classes are adapted to suit all levels and abilities:

The beginner's level session is a real introduction to yoga for the curious and even those who have never done yoga in the light! A yoga centered on the breath, discovering the basic yoga postures to become aware of your body and calm your mind. A cross between Yin and Hatha yoga.

For regular yoga practitioners, we recommend the Intermediate format! A session focused on synchronizing our movements with our breathing. Fluid, dynamic sequences, challenging balancing postures. But also meditation and breathing exercises at the beginning and end of practice. Somewhere between Hatha and Vinyasa.
