Since 2019, Dans le Noir ? has set up shop in Bordeaux at the Radisson Blu hotel, in the heart of the Bassins à Flot district. Although our concept is to dine in total darkness, the fact remains that when you enter or leave the dark room, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view from our rooftop.

Our restaurant is located on the ^5th floor of the hotel, offering a 360° panoramic view of this trendy new district of Bordeaux. For Nicolas Michelin, the architect and urban planner behind the Nouveaux Bassins à flot, the district is above all atypical. Dans le Noir ? Every Friday and Saturday evening, Bordeaux welcomes you to its sensory restaurant, in a district that's undergoing total innovation and constant development. The new Bassins à flot district marks a major turning point in the evolution of the city of Bordeaux. In the space of a decade, it has gone from being a former industrial wasteland to THE trendy district, with all the new addresses to discover, such as the concrete of the Bases Sous-Marine and the maritime world.

At the end of the day, night falls and the lights reflect on the Bassins à Flot, La Base Sous-Marine lights up, the Cité du Vin shines with the last rays of sunlight and Suzanne Treister's flying saucer looks like it's about to take off.
