Our surprise menus, made with fresh, seasonal products, are designed to stimulate your senses and make you rediscover the pleasure of tasting.

Guided by our server-guides, you will be invited to leave behind your visual references and fully focus on aromas and sensations in your mouth. * Wine Pairing
To perfectly complement your surprise menu, we offer a wine pairing. The wine served with each course of your dinner has been carefully selected to enhance your dishes and your sensory experience. This wine pairing consists of 3 glasses [one with the starter, one with the main course, and the last with dessert]. We wanted to make it accessible to as many people as possible, serving 6 cl per glass, totaling 18 cl (equivalent to 1.5 glasses in a standard dose) to provide a complete sensory experience throughout the dinner. This amount allows most people to enjoy it, as it is compatible with driving. We also ensure the quality of these wines, chosen for their sensory properties and their harmony with the dishes served. The wine pairing is offered for an additional 12€.
