In addition, some members of our teams with disabilities have developed special expertise such as Tiffany, our sensory expert who leads the Perfume Workshops in Paris or Fabio, our Sommelier in London.     Dans Le Noir ? has thus become a rather special company in Europe and throughout the world employing directly or indirectly nearly a hundred people with disabilities. This experience of recruiting and managing mixed teams on a daily basis has enabled us to build real expertise in the field of Diversity and Difference Management. We never give others advice that we do not apply to ourselves. We are in the process of sharing experience. We have put people, innovation and social and environmental responsibility at the heart of our value creation system.

  • Concern for a responsible approach

    Dans Le Noir ? is not satisfied with a catering experience. Our approach is developed in depth by a concern for social and environmental responsibility (CSR), development of an organic offer, drastic selection of product quality, fair remuneration of producers, support for agro-ecology inspired by permaculture. Since 2016, Dans le Noir ? has become a committed player in the circular economy in the restaurant sector in Paris, to the point of investing in the Ferme de l'Envol project to produce a large part of its fruit and vegetables in close proximity with a low carbon impact.
